Important Information:

• Our appointed courier service is the sole delivery method available via this website.
• We do not accept deliveries from other companies or manage international shipments.
• Cancellations are not possible once goods have been dispatched.

Notes:

• If your order has not been shipped within one hour of placement, please contact customer service to initiate a cancellation.
• Cancellation is unavailable after shipment.
• Delivery delays may occur due to high order volumes, temporary stock shortages, or during and immediately following consecutive holidays.
• Items will be returned to us if delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence.
